We kindly inform that from 28 August to 12 September 2019, pursuant to the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division, the companies Konsalnet Konwój Sp. z o.o., Konsalnet Cash Management Sp. z o.o. and Konsalnet Cash Holding Sp. z o.o. changed their name to CHL Konwój Sp. z o.o., CHL Cash Management Sp. z o.o. and CHL Holding Sp. z o.o. Other company data remain unchanged. Agreements concluded with the companies will not require the conclusion of an annex.
